Mac & Cheese

Mac&Cheese is easily one of my favorite dishes. I enjoy trying it at different restaurants, so I decided it was time to come up with my own recipe!

Ingredients:
.Macaroni Noodles
.CHEESE (duh)
we used Sargento's New Tastings; Parmentino, Medium Asiago, and my favorite Bruschetta Jack. We also used some leftover mozzarella/Romano/Parmesan mix, along with Cabot's Extra Sharp White Cheddar.
.Chicken (because man cannot live on cheese alone)
.Bread Crumbs
.Broccoli
.Pepper
.Salt
.Bread

Directions:
I like to cook my chicken in my Crock Pot/Slow Cooker with salt and pepper, but you can cook it any way you like.

In a pot, boil water, add noodles once boiling until they are al dente.

Grate Cheeses/Mix Cheese together in a bowl.

Add cooked chicken and noodles together along with cheese mixture.
*You can serve immediately as is, or bake it, which is what we chose to do.*

In an oven safe baking dish, spread mac & cheese. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
Bake in oven 425 degrees, for about 15-20 minutes or until golden.

While Mac&Cheese is baking, put vegetable oil in a pan, along with salt, pepper and broccoli. Cook until tender.

Slice bread, add butter and garlic salt to taste. They can go in the oven on broil for a few minutes until golden, or while the oven is still hot after removing Mac&Cheese.

**Remember to watch the bread closely, and don't put it on the top rack as it will burn. I've learned the hard way from this.**

Serve all together, and enjoy!!
