Pesto Feta Turkey Croissant
Ingredients:
-croissant rolls (i used Pillsbury's)
-turkey (this time we went with cracked pepper)
-Fat Free Feta Cheese
-Pesto
-Turkey Bacon
-Caramelized Onions and Garlic
-Salt
-Pepper
-Spinach
-corn meal
Directions:
-Preheat oven as directed on can/bag.
-saute the garlic and onion together until caramelized.
-Cook bacon to your desired consistency, and cut into small pieces.
-Roll out croissant triangles.
_Mix Pesto, cheese, onion, garlic, bacon, salt and pepper together. Use as a base for the rolls. Lay spinach and turkey on top. Place another triangle on top. Spread plain pesto on the top, to make it golden and decorative.
-Spread corn meal on whatever you're going to be baking them on, (we use a pizza stone) and bake until golden.
