Taco Salad
Ingredients:
- Chips
- Salsa
- Plain Greek Yogurt
- Lettuce
- Cilantro
- Cheese
- Avocado
- Tomato
- Black Beans
- Beef or Chicken
Instructions:
Spicing your meat is the same for chicken or beef; cumin, salt, pepper, paprika, onion, red pepper flakes, and a little bit of Cayenne pepper.
Place the chips on the plate, you can crunch them or use them like a nacho base.
Put meat on top of chips.
Drain (don't rinse) the black beans and add them.
Add lettuce, tomato, and cilantro. Here you could just use cilantro if you preferred.
Add salsa, Greek yogurt, avocado and top with cheese.
And enjoy!
