Chipolte Turkey "Salad Pockets"
Yay! A new recipe!
Ingredients:
Salad Pockets (We used Kangaroo Brand)
Organic Baby Kale
Baby Carrots
Cherub Tomatoes
Mesquite Smoked Deli turkey (almost shaved)
Bores Head White American Cheese
- First, we put the turkey in a pan, added some chipolte seasoning and fried it.
- Then we layered the pocket with cheese, meat, then kale.
- And we put dressing on it. I used Kraft's Creamy Cesar, Zac opted for Olive Garden's Italian.
And we had baby carrots and lil tomatoes to go with it! This makes for a healthy, yummy lunch!
