Lots Of Thoughts..
Hello lovely people of the internet.
Lately, there has been lots going on in my life.
I've been thinking a lot. I actually think non stop like, all day, every day anyway..but recently its been about specific things.
I was driving in my car a couple days ago..and "Stop and Stare" by One Republic came on.
When it did, I was actually able to listen to the lyrics.. some lines hit home for me..
Like.."You start to wonder why you're here, not there..." "I've become what I cant be.." "I'm making one last appeal for the life I lead..." "I've got my heart set on anywhere but here.." Things like that..Just completely and totally fit the way I'm feeling, and have been feeling lately.
There was also a YouTube video made by the wonderful Meghan Rienks..that everyone should watch. Honestly, I can relate to this WAY more than I would like to admit.
I've gone through a lot of changes in the last year..(and I thought 2013 was a difficult year)
Things like moving, my job (I still have the same job, just things have changed within it..that lets just say have not helped with the way I've been feeling) people changing in my life..actually realizing that some things are not in any way the way I had thought they were when I was younger..bills..etc. These changes I know are helping me in some way, and I know from the past that things will eventually get easier and I will see the way they had changed me/helped me.
I've been doing yoga lately. This has actually helped me greatly! It has helped my mood stay more positive, it has helped me with my sciatica problems..It just makes for a really wonderful day when I start it off with yoga! I'm also working on trying to meditate with it, which is another thing completely for me. But I am working on that, because I believe it will be extremely beneficial in the end!
Writing blog posts on a schedule (obviously not this one, because blogs are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays, videos are Mondays and Fridays..) and my videos make me happy. I don't care if I have 18 subscribers or 18,000,000 subscribers. Mainly I do it for myself, as an outlet. I do it for anyone who wants to watch them. Even though unfortunately I take random couple week breaks, (and I HATE when I do that, but it just happens) I still enjoy doing it. I won't ever stop making them. I want to be able to inspire someone at some point. Maybe with my lifestyle videos..or my recipes on my blog. So you can expect a more consistent schedule of these here in the next few weeks.
So be on the lookout for these posts and videos, starting with a new Adventure Blog post tomorrow! :D
