52 Weeks of Gratitude Challenge. Week 1
Hey Everyone!
I recently found a weekly challenge on Pinterest.
Now, there are SEVERAL weekly challenges to choose from...and this one just stuck in my head.
These challenges are usually done as Instagram posts, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
I am choosing to do this in my blog so that I can go more into detail.
So the first prompt for this challenge, is "Why Start this?"
I am starting this challenge, because it allows me to show things I am grateful for.
Things are so hectic and crazy in the world, that we sometimes forget to think about the good things in our lives. We just focus on the bad, what's happening right now..thinking about the future and how we'd rather be there because then we'd have everything we are working towards.
But we also have a lot to be thankful for.
Personally, I need to do this more.
I know I have a lot in my life that I did not have before.
I have a lot in my life that 10-16 year old Marcie would be very proud of. Things that I only dreamed I would one day have.
I know that I have things a plenty to feel gratitude for.
I have a roof over my head, an amazing husband who cares for me more than I can even comprehend, family that loves and cares about me, a job with benefits. This challenge is a way for me to think of a lot of different things that I am grateful for!
I am excited to do this each week!
