It's been awhile since I've reviewed anything here, and I've recently discovered a product that is definitely worth mentioning. (and skin changing!)

I had been looking for a new addition to my nightly facial care routine. Not that my current routine wasn't getting the job done...I just wanted something new. I've experimented with different face washes, masks, cleansing cloths... sure they all worked great, but they weren't giving me the excitement of "woo hoo! I get to go wash my face!" kinda feeling. 

Then I found a lovely company called FOREO. They are based out of Sweden, and have a fancy little skincare device that I just HAD to try.



This is the LUNA. There are a few different types, there is one for sensitive skin, combination skin, ultra sensitive skin, a mini LUNA for travel, one for men and if you want your skincare to be really fancy, one with a 18 karat gold base. 



Sounds pretty awesome, right?

I chose the LUNA for Sensitive/Normal skin. There are different vibration levels as well as two sides for normal cleansing and anti-aging for wrinkle prone areas.



From the first time I washed my face with my LUNA, I knew it was going to be a permanent addition to my skincare routine. 

This is something you can use with your favorite face wash. 
All you have to do, is apply the face wash of your choice (mine is Cetaphil) to your face, wet your LUNA, turn it on and boom! You are on your way to better feeling skin. Flip it over, and use the anti-aging side on any wrinkle prone areas to help prevent them!

Even after the first time of using this, I could feel a difference in the way my skin looked and felt.

My favorite thing about this, is that every 12 seconds the vibration pauses to remind you to switch to a different part of your face. I thought this was kind of silly at first, but after using this for the first time I realized how relaxing it was and that I would have kept it on one spot for awhile!
The LUNA makes my face feel so relaxed and rejuvenated, during use as well as after!
It has made my skin feel so much softer, and deeply cleaned!

I highly recommend LUNA, and FOREO as a company. 

They also have a super cool toothbrush that I'm dying to try out!
(even a toothbrush for kids with a smiley face that lights up :) if they brushed, :( if they didn't! How cool!)

  Did I mention a cross country move?! Cause we did that.  From the desert, to the ocean. If you followed along with my Instagram or Facebook, then you somewhat know of the challenge it was to get here. (In summary, the Western Slope Curse is a very real thing, lol.) Oh, hi!

  WELL HELLO THERE! Its only been 11 months since I last posted, haha. (12*)  When I tell you A LOT has happened... For starters, let me introduce you to Waylon!  He was my first home-birth, just before Easter, and WOW what an experience!  The last couple of posts were - I'm pregnant! We went to a BBQ restaurant! I'm pregnant again! lol. He is an awesome little boy. It took him about a month, but he is finally enjoying being a big brother! Maybe this is going to sound like a Christmas letter... but hey, we are 10 days out so why not?! (okay, so it's now January. Where did December go?) Miss Annabell was born on the Autumn Equinox, into Zac's arms. She has been the sweetest addition to our family.  Orin and Kalia have been the best biggest siblings, and have (for the most part) enjoyed stepping into these roles. Crystal Mill & Slow Groovin BBQ in Marble, CO

  We had decided to take a late summer adventure to Marble, Colorado.  Our intention was to do some hiking, eat some BBQ and see the Crystal Mill, and well... Fried okra and onion rings. Pulled pork sandwich. A side of baked beans. Pulled pork "Hillybilly Nachos" Slow Groovin' BBQ has been around since 2010. They are open seasonally, from May 1st until October 31st. 11am-9pm daily Here is their full menu:  (*Note, the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were SO good.
