Liebster Award Nomination

When I first started my YouTube channel, I had no intentions of creating a blog. I didn't even care if nobody watched my videos, I was just using this as an outlet. Once I created my blog, I began using both platforms as my outlets. Yes, I had hoped people would read my recipes, my adventures and watch my videos about beauty and my life, but it wasn't the driving force behind MarcironiMakeup. I have recently discovered that a lot of people watch my videos and read my blog. People I thought didn't know I existed. People I admire. People I know. People I didn't know existed! A wonderful thing about Social Media is getting to know people you wouldn't have otherwise met.
I also found, that the more you interact with people (letting them know that you like their content, just chit chatting, etc) the more other people see you, and see your content.

Something that I never expected to happen (and to be completely honest, I didn't even know existed) was to be nominated for any kind of Blog Award.
Then Natasha from Natasha in a Nutshell comes along and nominates ME for the Liebster Award!

This award is amazing to recognize bloggers and their hard work. The best part about it, is that it is bloggers nominating other bloggers. We know how much goes into our own blogs, so to be able to show support for your fellow bloggers that you love reading is so awesome.

I love Natasha's Blog, the fact that she is a fellow Colorado blogger was one of the reasons I found and started following her! We have similar wedding stories, (even got married in the same place!) and very similar interests in life. I am so happy to have found her blog, and definitely hope to meet her one day!

I will have my nominations and the rules listed below, but first here are the answers to Natasha's Questions!

• Who Inspires You?
• This is a tough question, as there are several people who are inspirations to me! The first being my husband. He's lived and done so much in his 33 years. He's so handy with everything and is currently building our Tiny Home/School Bus conversion. (As I'm typing this, he is actually putting walls up in the closets..ahh!) And then there are bloggers and YouTubers who inspire me daily!
• What Did You Want to Be When You Grew Up?
• I wanted to be a lot of things. The things that always stuck out to me the most were being a nurse like my mom, being a teacher and being a cosmetologist!
• What Is Your First Memory?
• The very first thing I remember is being in the first house my parents lived in, my mom giving me some saltine crackers and our dog eating them straight out of my hand!
• If You Could Live Anywhere, Where and Why?
• For some reason, I get asked this often. I don't really want to live anywhere other than Colorado. With that being said, now that we have a bus that we're converting, we can literally live anywhere. The plan is to travel all over Colorado, stay in one place for a couple weeks to see how it would be to live in a certain area or town. We also will have the opportunity to "live" in other states! (By live I mean stay in our bus, which is our home)
• Why Did You Start Blogging?
• Initially, I started my blog to post recipes. I live with 3 other adults (not including my husband) so filming a recipe for my YouTube channel seemed like more of a struggle than it would be worth, with trying to do it around other peoples food schedules, having them randomly interrupt, etc. Taking pictures and posting them sounded like a much easier idea. Then, I started posting about our adventures and here we are!
• What Is Your Biggest Fear?
• The answer to this question has remained the same for most of my life, however, the reason has changed. I am most afraid of death. I am afraid of dying without accomplishing things I want. I want to make sure I see all the things, do all the things, hike all the mountains. I do not want to be lying on my deathbed and have a bunch of "I wish I would have..." and "What if...?"s. 
• What Are Your 3 Favorite Hobbies?
• Writing (hence the blog)
• Makeup
• Hiking / Being Outdoors
• What Do You Always Carry With You?
• My Planner. I have gone through so many of them, trying to find the perfect layout, the perfect system for me...but no matter what I have it. I feel more lost without that thing then I do my phone! 
• What Are Your Blogging Goals For The Upcoming Year?
• To be more consistent with my posts for sure. Not taking month (sometimes longer) breaks. This is something that I love doing, so why don't I do it more?!
• To interact with other blogs / people more.
• What Song Can You Listen to Over and Over Again?
• ANY Bon Jovi song.
