Life Update

The start of this year has been a pretty crazy one.
(If you follow me on Instagram, Twitter or Snapchat you know this)

From multiple illnesses being shared between Zac and I, to crazy things happening at BOTH of our real life jobs, trying to figure out what we're going to do when our lease is up (Follow My Vlog Channel) I haven't had time for a lot of things.

But, here is some good news!

We have decided what we are doing after our lease is up. Finally, after lots of long discussions, sometimes heated, and a drive to and from Boulder twice in one night...


Yep, we bought a school bus! 

It's a 1989 Blue Bird. It is partially converted into an RV/Tiny Home at this point, and we are going to continue the conversion!

We will have a YouTube channel (along with my vlogs) documenting the progress!

We also have an Instagram account for it! Both Zac and I run that account and are posting pictures of bus related things there!

We have an email specifically for bus related things, ask us questions, contact us for whatever about the bus!

We are calling it The F Bus because our last name is Frantz...and it just sounded good!

I am creating a new tab on the blog for this new adventure series, and we also have created a couple of Hashtags!

When I Said Exciting Things Were Coming...

  Did I mention a cross country move?! Cause we did that.  From the desert, to the ocean. If you followed along with my Instagram or Facebook, then you somewhat know of the challenge it was to get here. (In summary, the Western Slope Curse is a very real thing, lol.) I could give you a day-by-day rundown of what has happened since we arrived, but I will save that for another, better post. In the meantime, just know that things are not at all what we were told  they would be. Its been a lot of feeling like we have been 100% in survival mode.  Aside from the beauty and amazing people here in North Carolina. Oh, hi!

  WELL HELLO THERE! Its only been 11 months since I last posted, haha. (12*)  When I tell you A LOT has happened... For starters, let me introduce you to Waylon!  He was my first home-birth, just before Easter, and WOW what an experience!  The last couple of posts were - I'm pregnant! We went to a BBQ restaurant! I'm pregnant again! lol. He is an awesome little boy. It took him about a month, but he is finally enjoying being a big brother! Maybe this is going to sound like a Christmas letter... but hey, we are 10 days out so why not?! (okay, so it's now January. Where did December go?) Miss Annabell was born on the Autumn Equinox, into Zac's arms. She has been the sweetest addition to our family.  Orin and Kalia have been the best biggest siblings, and have (for the most part) enjoyed stepping into these roles. Crystal Mill & Slow Groovin BBQ in Marble, CO

  We had decided to take a late summer adventure to Marble, Colorado.  Our intention was to do some hiking, eat some BBQ and see the Crystal Mill, and well... Fried okra and onion rings. Pulled pork sandwich. A side of baked beans. Pulled pork "Hillybilly Nachos" Slow Groovin' BBQ has been around since 2010. They are open seasonally, from May 1st until October 31st. 11am-9pm daily Here is their full menu:  (*Note, the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were SO good. We took them to-go so we could continue our adventure to the Crystal Mill!)   Highly reccommend stopping here if you are ever near Marble, and especially if you are adventuring to the Crystal Mill!
