Taco Meat
The first time I had dinner at Zac's house, (he cooked for me? OMG, he's a keeper) he made tacos. While he was cooking, he let me try the meat mixture. Literally the first thought that came to my mind was "this tastes like magic!" Haha. Needless to say, this is a recipe we make frequently.
For one, its a pretty simple recipe. You can even take a minute, mix all the spices together as you like them in a bag and keep them as your own taco spice for a rainy day. It always tastes good, and you can make tacos, nachos, burritos, enchiladas, freeze it, whatever!
Ingredients:
Cumin
Pepper
Salt
Chili Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Cinnamon
Cocoa Powder
Cinnamon

Honey
Onions & Bell Peppers

First, you should cook the peppers and onions. These generally take longer to cook. Next, you will cook your meat. Then, add the black beans and spices. Mix together, add any other or extra spices to taste and boom.
Now you can freeze this mixture for later, or cook up a tortilla with cheese for a taco or burrito! I've used this meat mixture as the filling in enchiladas, on nachos, and just eaten it.
This is a healthy recipe, great for meal prep, and one of my absolute favorites. Try it out, let me know how you used it and what you thought!
Pro tip: add Tequila to taste along with lime for fajita seasoning!
