Quick & Easy Weeknight "Lasagna"




This is a recipe that I created while we still lived in the bus. It was one of the last recipes I made in that little kitchen, and I completely forgot that I set it all up in a blog post! So here ya go!

This easy lasagna is a great one to make if you don't want to take the time to put together a whole lasagna, plus when I made this I had some leftover frozen raviolis that needed cooked, so this was perfect!

















Ingredients:

Ravioli
Mozzerella Cheese
Ricotta
Red Sauce

Just layer everything into your pan, then bake at 375° until cheese is bubbling and golden.
